How much does Clarity cost?
Clarity costs $29 CAD per inspection report, taxes included. It is a one-time payment: no subscription, no account to create. You are refunded automatically if the uploaded file is not a readable inspection report, and refunded 100% if you show, with evidence, that the analysis is wrong or not relevant.
What the price includes
- A complete reading of the report, 10 to 250 pages, verified page by page
- A rating out of ten, justified
- Three lists: what is serious, what to have checked, what can wait
- A repair estimate for your region, as orders of magnitude
- A negotiation strategy and the questions to ask your inspector
- A maintenance roadmap for the first year
- Every finding quoted with its page
- The analysis in French or English, a shareable link, the PDF and an email copy
Two guarantees
File rejected, automatic refund: if Clarity detects at intake that the file is not a readable inspection report (listing sheet, blank template, quote, unreadable scan), it stops before analyzing and you are refunded in full, without asking.
Accuracy guarantee: if you show us, with evidence, that Clarity got it wrong or that the analysis is not relevant to your report, we refund 100%. Write to us within thirty days of the analysis, with the link and the disputed point; we verify and refund within ten business days.

Questions about the price
- 01
Are there hidden fees or a subscription?
No. One report, one payment of $29 taxes included, that is all. No subscription, no account to create, no fee for the PDF or for sharing the link.
- 02
How much for several reports?
One payment per report analyzed. If you visit three houses, that is three analyses at $29 each.
- 03
How do I pay, and when does the analysis start?
By card, on a secure Stripe checkout page, after uploading the PDF. The analysis starts as soon as payment is confirmed and takes three to six minutes. You receive a receipt by email.
- 04
What if the file is not an inspection report?
Clarity detects it at intake and stops before analyzing. You are refunded in full, automatically.
- 05
Does the price include taxes?
Yes. The amount shown is the amount paid, taxes included.
- 06
Why this price, when ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude are free?
Because Clarity is not a chat with a good prompt. Every analysis chains seven passes and dozens of calls to frontier models billed per use, including a large model for reading and writing. Add a quote verifier with no AI, classification on PRISM (160 building categories), the BNQ 3009-500 grid, matching against a bank of more than 1,150 findings written by inspectors, and regional cost grids. This engine is the result of more than a year of work with building inspectors; it is measured on a corpus of real reports and guaranteed. A free chat reads part of the document, verifies nothing and guarantees nothing. At $29, you pay for a real analysis engine, not a conversation.
